Return & Exchange Policy

At The Barkside, every product is crafted with the highest standards of quality and care. We stand behind what we create. If something is not right, we want to make it right — with the same loyalty we put into every piece.

01  /  RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@shopthebarkside.com with your order number and reason for return.

02  /  ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sweatshirts — all sweatshirts are exchange only

03  /  EXCHANGES

We happily accommodate exchanges for a different size or color (subject to availability). Exchange requests must also be made within 10 days of delivery.

Please reach out to support@shopthebarkside.com to confirm availability before shipping your item back.

04  /  RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Barkside cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

05  /  REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

06  /  DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopthebarkside.com. Include your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
